Hadar
Two apps for a professional cosmetics brand: the store where salons shop and earn points, and the panel where the owner sees stock, profit and every customer.

The context
A cosmetics brand running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets — no store for the salons, no numbers for the owner.
Two things were missing at once. Salons needed a real store, with points worth chasing. Glauco, who runs the distributor, needed to see his business: what came in, what was left, what's on the shelf, who stopped buying. The answer was two apps on one backend — the order a salon places on their phone is the same order that draws down a stock lot, computes the margin and credits the points.
The salon app
Where the salon owner shops — between two clients, with one hand.
A store that browses like Instagram
Two brands, filter chips and a featured hero — the catalog puts the product photography first, the way salon owners already shop.

Every product earns points
Price, stock and the exact points you'll earn — shown right where the decision happens, tied to your current tier.

Pix checkout, done in seconds
A native Pix flow with QR, copy-and-paste code and a live countdown — no gateway redirect, no friction.

A loyalty card that lives in the app
Bronze to Diamond, points balance, progress to the next tier and the current multiplier — the reason people come back.

Rules made obvious
How you earn, how you redeem, and what each tier unlocks — one clear sheet instead of fine print.

The full flow, live
The owner app
The other side of the counter: a complete ERP on the phone, in the same design language as the store.
The whole business on one screen
Revenue, cost of goods, operating expenses and net profit — for the day, the month or the year. Computed in the database on every open, not in a spreadsheet someone forgot to update.

What sells and who buys
Revenue hour by hour, the five products carrying the month, the five salons paying for it — and where each sale came from: app or counter.

Every order in one queue
An order placed in the app and an order entered by hand follow the same flow — awaiting, new, picking, out for delivery, delivered. Including store credit, which stays on hold until the owner confirms payment.

Catalog and customer book
Two brands, SKUs generated on insert, photo, price and stock counted by purchase lot. On the other side, the whole customer book — filtered by who is about to churn and who never installed the app.

Every salon, in full
Tier, 90-day spend, points balance, LTV and the full history of orders and credits. Plus the levers only the owner gets: adjust points, override a tier for a set window, block a delinquent account.

WhatsApp, inside the ERP
Support and campaigns without switching apps. The inbox respects Meta's 24-hour window — past it, approved templates only. Photo, video, document and voice included.

Expense in, profit corrected
Rent, payroll, packaging, fuel, card fees — with monthly recurrences that post themselves. Every line here shows up in the dashboard's net profit the moment it's saved.

The site
A landing page that fills the funnel.

Outcome
Shipped to the App Store and Play Store. Salons across Manaus buy through the app; the owner runs the entire distributor from his phone — orders, stock, expenses, points and WhatsApp in one place.
